XS400 Enthusiast
Hi folks. Looking to downsize from the VFR I bought recently, and pay some bills. Interested in a midsized commuter bike I can play with, as partial trade; XS400, XS650, CX500, something like that. Have owned a couple XS400's, love them. My blue one with the horizontal underslung monoshock is posted here somewhere, I think.
The Viffer: fourth generation, last with the gear-driven cams. 47k miles, starts immediately and runs/drives perfectly. No leaks, no smoke, no noises. All stock, excepting the exhaust. Pulls like a train right from idle, just put 50 miles on this morning. Needs nothing.
Couple cracks in the plastics (stress cracks), one soft dent in the tank from leaning into a garage wall. Very good looking bike. Clear WI title. KBB says $3050, will take $2100 cash (FIRM), or cash-plus-smaller-bike. Email directly for pics, let me know what you've got: robb.zimdars@gmail.com
