will this light bar work w/o alot of complications?

I saw this on eBay. It would fit under bag that's usually mounted on my tail rack. I thought I might attach it with some bullet connectors.

No reason it wouldn't work. The factory used bullet connectors.

I have a similar but fancier light on my bike.
