jumpstart fried my electrical

While jumpstarting the bike, a cable was stepped on, and Red lead came in contact with the frame. Now, there is no instrument light, no headlight, etc. Fuses are OK. Battery has since been tested and charged.
Any likely candidates, or do I have to methodically test everything in the electrical system?

Are u sure the fuses are oke? if u had an short circuit then you have seen probably sparks to.. so when you dont have any voltage. Check your fuses again, or maybe the wire is broken. or tell us what you al ready have checked
