    Thanks. I checked the ignition as well. It has the same voltage in as out. I also thought about using a relay to wire my headlights directly off the battery. It would make my headlight brighter, but I'd prefer to fix the issue causing it.

    Thanks for the the reply. I don't think that the ground is the issue because I took ground directly from the battery when testing the voltage and still saw the same drop. The fuses aren't ideal, but they're not too bad. Plus, if the fuses were the issue, shouldn't I see a voltage drop across...
