Today I got it running! ...and then, after removing my gas tank to adjust the fuel mix (why is that necessary Yamaha?), I started it up and drove it down the block without reconnecting the gas line... :doh: Luckily, it's still alive :laugh:

It's only running on one cyclinder. Cleaned the carbs, but it didn't do much. Any suggestions? My brother is going to come down and tune them next week, so we'll see if that does the trick.
