Thanks for the info, i got some handle bars off my banshee that I am going to test fit tonight, my bushing have a lot of play I just thought some aluminum should take care of my problem.

I drained the pile last night and it was just about all gas, and was deffinetly over filled, probaly 4 plus quarts. Let it drain over night and refill not that carbs are clean. Last owner said carbs were leaking fuel, I guess I found were some of it went. I will add a couple quarts of fresh...

Well it seemed to kick over better on Monday, it was 45 out. I will do a oil change and see if that helps.

Just got a 81 xs400, it runs on one cyl, just pulled the carbs for cleaning. But have another concern, it seems to kick over hard. When it runs it sounds ok, no noise or anything, dose not smoke but kicks of pretty hard, I weigh 190 and I have to jump on the kicker. I pulled the plugs and still...
