so im just wondering if a chain tensioner is nessary and if anyone else has one. im running a 120 link chain, but i have a swingarm. i see alot of the the hardtails use them, but cant find a pic of a streched swingarm with one. any info helps. thanks

thanks. i streched the swingarm 3.25" i welded a rod on the underside for support. as for the seat, i cut the frame off around where the factory tank bolts on. 7/8" .120 wall tubing. i work at a exhaust shop so to bend the pipes i put them in the vice and with even heat they bent perfect. i used...

this is a tank i took off an old triumph parts bike of my dads. looks like a sportster tank to me. i took out coil brackets.

Im trying to find a mini speedo and tach. I have a '80 xs400. i guess what im wondering is what is the ratio for the drives. is the speed 1:2 and the tach is that like 1:5? will the ones from mikes xs fit? any info helps, Thanks

all im trying to do Drewpy is let others know that hey, an exhaust shop can help me and will save some money over going to a parts store. That and the pipe is much heavier at an exhaust shop.
