Got some news. its a rainy humid day today and i decided to test out the boots for leaks. i sprayed a bit of starting fluid around the boots for the carbs and on the left one i got a slight rpm increase. the engine also didnt wanna hang its rpms today either tho. could be from the humidity?

everything seems to be there. i actually have the filters off and boots off. carbs are just open to the air. the boot the carb mounts to has some cracks on the outside but they dont look like they make it thru. the vacuum line to the petcock is hooked up too. probably just gonna rebuild it or if...
