thanks guys, got it all figured out, there was actually a foreign piece of metal in there, looks like this bike is gonna be a big of a project!

Well i just want to replace the oil filter, i cant get the oil filter out b\c the pin which holds the oil filter inside the oil filter chamber doesnt move.

Removing the oil filter the spring and plunger are retained by a pin across the center bolt. I am having troubles removing the pin to disassemble the unit..... help please!!!
