is the choke on? sounds either air restricted or too much fuel.

the needle not raising out of the seat? stuck float? have you ran it on prime?

i got most of my parts from Mikesxs. cleaned the emulsion tubes, as they were completely blocked. replaced the pilot fuel jets as one was broken and the other was clogged, also bumped up one size. cleaned the fuel screen at the needle/seat. replaced fuel mix o-ring with ones from the metric...

gotcha. i removed the blind, and unscrewed the screw and spring came with it. no washer, no o-ring. the blind was brass, so id assume it was stock. i have no issues adding washer/o-ring, i just dont know the orientation, and furthermore, do not understand why mine was absent. ill peek into...

is it possible that the screw doesnt have a washer or o-ring beneath it?
