I ran a 142 main jet with everything else stock on my stock bs34 carb. Never could find a way to keep the left cylinder from leaning out, because of the 180 degree crank.
400 on the front 500 on the rear, Rear really should have been a 450 it was tight and didnt completely seal on the rim and was really close to the chain. 400 fit fine on the fornt as long as you dont plan on running a front fender.
Rearsets are from Dotheton.com forum member DurgamK see my build spreadsheet for link to the thread. Took some modifying on the passenger peg mounts to get them to work.
Took some of the last pics of this bike :( Guy from Hawaii saw it on ebay and after his check clears next week it will be on a long journey to Honolulu. Sad to see it go but I need to fund the next project / toy.

well the wiring diagram says it goes to the left. I currently have the gray wire going to the right and my bike is running..... If it wont start swap them around :)
Mine came in my DEI Exhaust wrap kit but you can buy it separately at most auto part stores.
