Thank for posting I have an other XS but it's a hour ride from my house and it's cold as hell out. I will have to take a trip when it gets warmer out.

Ok almost done the wiring but I'm not 100% sure I have the last 3 wires right the big question is the red wire with the Male end.

No not new but like new on Ebay.

I saw the wiring diagram for the XS 400 F but for some reason it's not making a whole lot of sense of what I have here.

From what I understand the baking only helps with the Curing. Hard to say if its holding up it's just sitting there in a frame I guess time will tell. From the instructions they don't say you have to bake it and if you do it's only at 200°

No just sprayed it.

Yes even the sump plate. I will keep a eye one the temp but I think I should be fine.
