no my bike idles at 12.2 v and 14.2 at 1600 rpm i don't have a problem with my charging system or my battery i was wondering about the idle thing that willem was mentioning but it makes since that it wouldn't do anything to the way the bike runs.
I have also been wondering if i use led lights for my brake light and for my head light and blinker that would decrease the amp draw on the batter will it improve the performance.because morenjuicr is going to the bike more than the lights and stuff

Well i already ordered it and ill try that out and go from there jopefully it works and if not ill play with it till it does we must be determined when it comes to these bikes

Has anyone heard of this 6sigma card kit? I ordered one on eBay it comes with everything you need to jet your carbs and tune it to your specific engine mods it was 52 usd so I said why not let me know if anyone has done this

leo; yes i did because it had a real weak charge and a very dim headlight and the neutral light would flash when in neutral. yesterday i replaced the stator and tightened up all the connections to everything. my poping exhaust however i think is because of the cracked and dried up carb boots so...
Yes i did add a fuel filter after cleaning my carbs and yes i synced them i barrowed my next door neighbor manometer and he showed me how to use it

Ok so im having intermittent starting problems some times it will start first push of the button and sometimes it wont start at all i dont know what the problem is i need help its driving me crazy

Its happening when its idling dont really notice it when im going down the road of course i wear a half helmet so i cant really hear much of anything but wind thats how i like it lol

So its gettibg a little cool in the morning like 50degrees ferenhiet and ive noticed that im hearing popping in the exhaust ? Does this mean i need to adjust my carbs ? Please help

Well i love my bike i got new tubeless tires coming tomy house they will be here tomorrow went with a nobby look not big nobs but like dual sport nobs on the tires then taking it to a bike show
. Next week i will be welding on my new frame section.then off to the powder coating guy i know...

ok so today i decided i was just going to have to do it. i tore the carbs apart and gave them a bath and got all the bad fuel and gum and varnish it was nasty really. the gas was way bad for some reason probably no fuel filter with the po he never had one on it. and used very low grade gas in it...
