Did you give the throttle a couple snaps! Does it spin that sucker up?? Did you wire up a oil pressure light?

You may be able to make a copper return line. Using like 3/8" tubing. That should be enough perhaps.... you may even find fittings kicking around my shop... and flare and bend it up like your originals!

I am sure a 55w bulb is way to high a wattage. The blinker works on the amps going through it, if its not an electronic replacement, (i dont want to get into detail on that here) Any auto parts store should be able to hook you up with the appropriate replacement bulbs.... make sure they are...

How did you clean the carbs? This done properly can be quite an intensive job, its more than flushing out the bowls..... did you make sure that the jets are ALL free and clear, i think there could be at least 3 or 4 in each carb. One plugged can be quite problematic. Also does it seem to be...

Ok i see the design of the pump is totally different..... too bad. We must remember that pressure and volume are completely unrelated. You can have a teeny displacement pump put out thousands of psi pressure with minimal flow. Having a higher operating pressure only means there is more...

I got to thinkin.....perhaps someone could chime in on this, is the oil pump interchangeable with say an xs650 or some other larger engine... and if so do the bigger displacement engines have higher volume oil pumps?:yikes:

Hey did you think about what pressure that waste gate opens..... if your only runnin a few psi boost you may need to do some monkey business with the waste gate pot spring......:umm::smoke: Also now i know you got the turbo oil line run already, but someone mentioned running it in series...
