    Oh word. Yeah dude I went to O'Reilly to pick it up and I didn't realize how big gigantic it was but I still would have bought it but then I came to find that they don't sell it with the pigtail. Probably just have to try Advance Auto Parts or something

    Sweet. Thanks man. Yeah I've fried one battery, I've got two combo reg/rec units and the OEM and nothing gets the volts down low enough, so I'm gonna buy the r292 and hope. Thanks again.

    Would this work on a 1981 xs400 heritage special model H USA model? I can't get it to regulate voltage. It sends 20volts to the battery at 5000 rpm and goes down from there. Measured at the reg rec.... My battery dosent go over 14.5volts at 5000rpm, but should the battery supply from the...
