Alright, pulled both plugs and one was wet, other was dry and looked good. Replaced both and didn't see much improvement. Thanks for the tip! I checked the wires and caps and they all looked good as new. Just minor cracking on the rubber, no corroded metal. I think I will just bite the bullet...

Thank you for the tips, I will try out the plugs tomorrow and see what happens. Carb bowls and jets were taken out and cleaned with carb cleaner at an earlier date. But it wouldn't hurt to check again if the plugs don't work. Thanks!
