well i would send my bike to PSW for the hardtail service if i go that route, and the brat style, i think i could handle a little cutting and welding. but for full hardtail, i dont wanna mess that up.

well i tore down my carbs a little, the choke rod is seized along with the butterflies, the mixture needles are broken off inside the housing. needlevalves dont move, everything is gummed up and looks like crap. so ima jus go ahead and get a new carb set. rebuilding carbs arent my specialty. so...

ok well the front brake was completely locked up, which was why i couldnt really move the front wheel, i thought the rear was locked up but its only rubbing, i removed the front brake and she rolls nice now, i still need to pull the rear axle and remove the rear brake. here are a couple pics...
