Looks like Fedex Ground and USPS would each be around $58 with the carton I have (18"x10"x25", just under 20 pounds packed, from 53089 zip code). Pacific Northwest is probably worst case scenario in terms of shipping from here.

Started an XS400 project, somehow I've now got roughly 2.5 of them. Need to clear some floor space ... come get this one out of here. I've got a shelf full of spares, so I'm sure I've got the rear fender, brake light, a stock seat, etc to toss in with it. Clear title in hand, should be a runner...

I don't have any of those left, unfortunately. They get snapped up pretty quickly, I suppose that's the first thing to go when a bike gets tossed down the road. I'll get a shipping quote for you today on the front fender, stay tuned!

Going with an XS650 front end, just got the wheel today ... looking like around 18mm (0.75") difference in the length of the steering stem, with the 650 being longer. Is there any certain way folks have been dealing with this? Lots of options .. swapping the stem, shortening the stem, etc...
