Picked up an older tank for my 81 Xs. It hits the coils. What have people done to Move the coils?

Previous owner stripped the top of one of the screws. Have to drill it out. Does anyone have a spare?

Starts and idles great, when first starting out bike will hit 65 easily, thereafter only 55. Im guessing float level? Did plug chop and plugs are white. Pipes are aftermarket and quite open. Maybe go up a size on the main? Thoughts?
