I used whisper vinyl on the seat. You can get it at joann fabric. Im glad I can help with the frame. I caped the end off for a clean look.

Thanks. I made the seat pan from 14 gauge steel. Then i put 1 inch of foam on it and shaped it. Then i made the cover and put it on.

Anyone have pics of the battery mount? It looks like its under the swingarm.

Its easy. I used a screw driver to pull the old fork seals out then used the old ones to hit the new ones in with a hammer.

Yeah. It should when I'm done. I started ordering parts today.
