What the hell is a 4V 4 stroke?

I have a theory that the rings went bad on one side. I think I was getting blowby & that was causing high case pressure & forcing oil out of the clutch rod seal, if not forcing the seal out all together. So now that I have another vehicle & a full time job, I figured, "Why not big bore the bitch...

I've seen your post before, thanks bro. If I can't get it to stay in on it's own, imma tap the case & hold it in with screw & washers! :laugh:

It's the exact same seal as the original one that I 1st took out. I guess I'll just try to tap it in until it's flush. :shrug:

I just measured, the hole isn't deep enough for the seal to sit flush for some reason. Can I put it in backward?

Drew: I was thinking about checking the compression anyway so that works out haha. Dave: It's just the one seal, I can't get the fucker to fit flush either, I'm afraid I'll tear it up if I hit it any harder. Bigger hammer? HA! I've used almost a whole can of spray lube in just a few months!

Cleaned the rod thoroughly & didn't even use the clutch last time before it popped out. If the vent is the tube going from the case to the air filter housing, checked that already & it's fine, free flowing air. Oil was at optimal levels.

So, to fix the wiring problem & at the same time preventing new ones. I've decided to completely rewire it using a "how to" thread I found here. It may seem a bit over the top, but at least then I'll know it was done (mostly) right & that I wont have to fuck with it for a long long time Posted...
