+1 Permatex ultra copper is the only thing I would use on an exhaust that I didn't want to weld. I also use it on the exhaust flange at the head. I've never found anything else that will hold up to the heat.

In my opinion, you can't get any kind of accurate compression reading without going for a 10-20 minute ride first (highway riding, not stop and go) Edit: I suppose I should clarify that I've only done compression tests on my ironhead, which will not get a good reading unless warmed up.

That looks like a pw200 on the right...I used to have a few of those
