I've been thinking about a one carb set-up but didn't think it would work. how did you build the manifold and what about jetting

replaced the plugs. re-installed the cleaned the carbs , synchronized them and it runs fine. going to put pod air filters on and go from there.

Thank you but I'm a little confused. While cleaning the carbs I noticed a plug blocking any gas to proceed thru the pilot jet.

Why are the pilot jets covered with plugs? I removed them while cleaning the cars, reinstalled and started the bike. Had to lower the idle but it seemed to start easier.
