bolt sizes

I'm trying to change my bolts over to hex head(Allen) bolts and I need to find out the sizes for two locations Handle bar clamp bolts(the 4 bolts that clamp the bars to the triple tree) Points cover screws(2 Philips head screws there now) Anyone know the sizes or know of a parts diagram...
