All I know is we have 4 drawbridges in my home city and noone has ever made a mistake dropping a bridge on a boat.What happened in detroit has taken that bridge out for commuter traffic for over a year and it must remain open for shipping.Ironicaly this same freighter that got hit travereses the St calir river where I live up to other ports on Lake Huron
