I want to change my fork fluid and do the Minton Mod, but my fork seals are still good. Is it possible to get to the Damper without replacing the seals?

No problem. The tube should slide right out once you remove the damper rod bolt in the bottom of the forks.
Drain as much fork oil as you can first to minimize cleanup. Pump the forks a bit but make sure you point the drain hole away from you.... That was an unpleasant mess.

For the cost of fork seals, is it worth it to not replace them? I wouldn't consider reusing them unless they were just installed.
