Gas came pouring out of airboxes...what causes this?

I just put gas in my tank for the first time to try to get her running and gas came pouring out of the airbox's uncontrollably. The petcock was rebuilt so I dont know where to look next.

Float fuel valves in the carbs. Replace or clean and adjust the float height. It depends on how long they have been in there or dirty they are. If you have a vacuum petcock fuel should not flow to the carbs unless the bike is running or it is set to pri (prime).
