Here is a nice store in Bellingham Washington that helped me out very inexpensively with a brake re-line of my 6 pairs of shoes for my 3 1980-81 XS400 Heritage spoke wheel front drum brake Yamahas . The cost for this was 40 dollars for both front and rear shoes. A bargain when compared to over 45 dollars for a single pair on fleabay.

Thought I would let others know that you don't have to be robbed blind with the cost of brake shoes. They have plenty of experience with bike brakes, and they probably don't need the brake plate and drum. I brought mine along, just in case. They have lots of inventory of 1/8th inch lining materiel. And of course lots of experience. I sent 6 pairs (12 shoes), and paid 40 for 4 shoes. 120 for the entire 3 bikes, both front and rear. Essentially 10 bucks a shoe. Nice people...

They ship N America wide... So all you people unlucky to not live in the Canadian Southwest, or the American Northwest, can still use the service.
