Newbie Spoke Rims Question

Hey I got a 1980 XS400 Special and it came with the solid aluminum rims, I wanted to put spoked rims on it and slowly make it a bobber. The problem is that I can't find any spoked rims for sale, I saw some on jc whitney but, they wanted like 500 for them, not looking to spend that much. I also saw some on eBay but, wasn't sure if ones form other bikes would bolt up. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I would think that someone on here or over on xjbikes.com may be willing to trade spoked rims for a set of aluminum rims...

Alright thanks for the responds, would there be any place that would make spoke rims for at xs400, like buy them new?

Check out some KZ400 wheels, they may fit the Yamaha.

Have you checked a bike wrecking yard. Spoked wheels aren't exactly rare...The last bike wrecker I was at had several spoked wheel XS400's...

Alright thanks I did check around and found a yard about a half hour from me so I'll call them up and see what they got.
