Pistons or rings or both replacement?

Hi everyone!

My engine is good actually. I have 135 psi compression DRY on both. I have not tested my valves leak and wet compression test for the rings.

If the wet compression test indicate a leak at the pistons\rings, is it possible i only clean my cylinder and changes my rings to get higher compression?

I am asking this because piston are discontinued and hard to find on ebay.

Rings are easier to find.

I rebuilt my engine...replaced rings,honed the cylinders.
The only way to know for sure is to get in there and measure the bore of the cylinders...if they are still within specs you can hone the cylinders and replace piston rings.
...if not...then it is a whole other job...finding next size up pistons and rings and machining cylinders....
