Problems

Hey there...i'm new to this whole thread thing and to this site for that matter....I have an 82 xs400 and am wondering if anyone might have any suggestions concerning my electrical system.....I was connecting my battery to my cables using jumpers (battery box has been removed at the moment)...at first everything was fine...lights up great....I then disconnected the cables for a second and then reconnected them backwards accidentally....having notice this I quickly switched them back ...but this time, no power to anywhere....I need to know where to start looking for the problem as i am not particularly adept at working on wiring....thanks for any help that comes my way

Check the fuse box. The main fuse I would think is blown.

Hey thanks alot....thats seems to be it...what size fuse should be in there? There was a 15amp in there....is that sufficient?
