hey chris this is weird question but its the outside of it flat against the table?
im wondering because the brake pads on mine kinda make it look like its bent outward

Not sure what you mean? The rotor disc surface is flat. On the 80 pads they are slanted because of the type of caliper it uses.

The caliper offsets the pads making them go on slanted like Chris said,could also be the actual brake rotor is offset to one side when its bolted to the front wheel.
