I've given the day job the heave o and am going full time wit Sprocketwerx Motorsports.
Mostly custom fabrication and machining. You've seen my single carb manifolds, and I'm working on some engine covers and billet triple trees as well for the XS400 SOHC.
I will be focusing on XS400 and 650, as well as heave focus on CB750 Hondas wich is what I ride normally. Also drag race and automotive performance, roll cages, headers, exhaist systems and intake EFI conversions.

I'm thinking about building a LSR bike to compete with and against AaronXS400 as a test bed for the EFI setup, and will be offering complete kits wen development allows it.

This is not a side gig anymore, I will be working full time, designing and building all of my products Check out my facebook page for pics of my work and updates on new products.

Tanks for reading and I hope to hear from you when you need custom parts for your XS.

DOHC PARTS!!! Make them overpriced if you have to, I'll still buy it. Carb kits, cool exhaust, sprocket setups, cams, lots of stuff that could open you guys a sweet niche market.

Cool exhaust for XS400 DOHC. Yeah, I would totally have bought a high mount 2-2 or 2-1 exhaust if it existed...

Hmmm... maybe I should fab up a high mount 2-1 or 2-2 exhaust for my Maxim... hmm...

Dan, if I can get a DOHC motor to mock up from I'm game.

Rooter, how much offset do you need?. I can fab up an offset using 2 existing sprockets, one can be worn to noting, just need the splined inside. I can also get sprocket blanks and machine/fab/weld to whatever offset you need.

Bentwrench, exhaust is something I really enjoy building and will be doing high pipes, low pipes, drags, 2-1 tuned...

Keep in mind, this is a one man show so getting to everything will take some time. I'm just getting started on a bunch of trees and a few fork braces that should be done this weekend for CB750 and XS650. The 650 trees are the same as the 400 if I remember correctly... I have a 400 I can measure to make sure. Once I get a few stock items going, I'll open up for more ideas. Engine covers are next.

XS400 intale flanges are ready to go, 10 pair. Have material for 2 manifolds, one is spoken for, ordering more in the morning.
Also knocking out 10 pair of flanges for XS650 tomorrow, so next week will be TIG welding time!!!

Single carb manifold, aluminum, either size motor... $90+actual shipping.
Manifold shown with vacuum tap for stock fuel petcock, add $5 for that.
I can also kick the carb out to either side for $15 more.
