Tell me about my plugs (pics)

Put new plugs in and went for about a 30 mile ride mostly about 35-45mph. All stock 1981 xs400h b, both plugs are ngk pbr7es. This is what I found when I pulled the plugs after I got home. So, tell me about 'em, plug on the right is the cylinder on the right side while looking at the bike.

Id say you have 1 cylinder running a little bit rich, but overall not terrible.

Fair enough, I'm a bit new to reading 4stroke plugs...thought I'd get another opinion, thanks

If you have resistor plug caps, no need for resistor plugs,

They appear bench synced, but I was thinking the same thing. I could guess the left plug was on the left side as well: this is the side controlled by the sync screw and mine also tended to run rich.

I believe tightening the synch screw opens the left side butterfly valve more. Opening it more would make it leaner. Move slow, however, because turning this screw can have a dramatic effect.

that's normal running plugs, you'll never get them perfect, not with our ignition systems and piss that passes for petrol
