What are your Carb Jet Settings?

Well, I thought this thread can help everyone. I have a 77' XS400 with Air Pods and no baffles in exhaust. Where is a good starting point for the Jets?

We should help alot of guys so we should list;
Standard (Stock)=
Stock Air Filters/No baffles=
Air Pods/With Baffles=
Air Pods/No Baffles=
ect, Ect...
