I have a set of wire wheels with drum brakes. I want to trade my wheels and front fork tubes for a set of mag wheels with disc brakes, calipers, master cylinders, and my front fork tubes.

What is the diameter of your front wheel? I just brokered a deal for a German 18" rear wheel so only need a front wheel now... and possibly front forks (I may go with a larger diameter fork tube so not sure).

no sure about the diameter I can check later but I need two wheels so if you only are trading one then I cant do it.
