I custom fit a Yamaha Warrior rear master cylinder on my xs400. It took a lot of patience and some fabrication but its working flawlessly.

Looks like a pretty clean install. I'm not familiar with the type. Is the reservoir incorporated or separate?

Im not using a reservoir. I have run a 14 inch piece of high pressure hose along the inside of the frame with a cap on the end. It stores more than enough fluid and makes it easier to hide. Just takes a little longer to bleed the system.
