I'll need 4 jets total right 2 on each carb?

I have a 1983 xs400 maxim and I need help with the jets I no longer have the air box and I have uni filters on it I still have stock exhaust on it. My question is what size jets should I have now? Any help would be great!

That 11.2 is from inside the plug wire where the plug would go. When I crank it over it drops to 8-9v. And the battery is fully charged. Tci is that the same as my cdi box?

when i got this bike the guy i had gotten it from had cut out the wiring harness and all the connectors when he was drunk or something like that. where would i go to get another wiring harness? and voltage converter and ignition relay
