Hey there so I recently disassembled the rear wheel to replace the bearings.
I Reassembled everything but this doesn’t seem quite right . Are the dampers supposed to slide into the sprocket slots ? I don’t think I put it on backward.

Looks like they got grinded off. And theyre on these weird mounts that a cirlce was grinded out of . Any idea what the previous owner was thinking with these?

my bike came in parts and now that I'm mounting the ignition coils its not clear from any manual or pictures i could dig up how theyre suppose to mount onto the frame.
Any one have any pics of theres? I have a 78 sohc if that chanmges anything
Hey there. I have 2 engines that I'm looking to get rid of.
1 has almost all parts but is in pieces at the moment and dirty.
The other is missing pistons and has a hole in the crankcase.
Transmission cam and crank seem good and i have all the covers.

I’m going back and working on these carbs. They’re for a 650 but I have the brackets for the 400. Only issue is the shafts need to move about 6 -8mm . I think I’ve got 3 options to get these to work.
1. cut away these red areas . Only issue is the piece may not be strong enough...
What would be the issue with these triples? Would the standard bearing races not fit ? the 400 triples are on my frame and torqued so i dont want to take it off to check
