front brake seized!

hey I'm new to the motorcycle world. I bought a 82 xs400 seca last fall and stored it over the winter and I just took it out this past week and my front brake sticks when I pull the bike backwards. does anyone have any ideas for me?? also is it possible to print a service manual from the forum??

Without bogging down the forum with a new thread I have a similair problem.I rebuilt my calipers over winter ,installed new pads but they are loose and moving around.I put the spring in the retainer grove on the pin that goes through the brake pads so how do I fix this.?
