Well it’s been a while since I’ve shown up here, I recall xs400.com was pretty young back then. Last time was for my FUBAR Bobber build 8 years ago!. I hope that thread has been useful for someone along the way.

let me explain the situation:
i just installed new carb slide diaphrams and carb holders, it was running OK before but the idle would hang and i had a crack in the holders.

Now that you've got your bike and its mostly put back together or finished, if you could do it all again would you choose a different species...
make an offer on anything in the picture,
side covers, rear inner fender liner, rear fender, tail light, handlebas, grips, switches, pegs, swingarm, shocks, signal lights ect.. look at the pictures, make an offer
all the nessasary parts are wired on my bike and its running, but for my inspection i need signals and head light, is there any eeasy way to tap into any part of my harness and add the signals/ headlight tail light? its a bare bones harness setup. -'81
