I didn't change anything between when it ran fine and when it didn't run fine. So, besides dirty carbs I'm wondering if there's anything else I should consider.

Yeah, they are synced. Pods are the red oval ones from mikesxs and the exhaust is stock I think, each pipe goes straight back, no joining or anything.
