    I am looking for a single intact bs34 carb body, ideally off a 78 or similar SOHC. Right or left side doesn't matter. Hardware, jets etc would be a bonus but not necessary. I blew out the pilot air screw hole on one of my carbs.

    Does my carb need a pilot screw o ring?

    I have a 78 xs400e with the stock carbs. I got it from the PO and there are no o rings or washers down inside the pilot screw housing. Right now with the pilot screw out 3 turns (and actually all the way to 6) the bike will idle with half choke but dies with the choke all the way in. Mikesxs...

    No fuel flow to carb

    I have a 78 xs400e that i converted to one carb. I just cleaned the carb and put if back on. Carb is stock bs34. When I turn my petcock to prime there is no fuel flow down the hose into the carb. Petcock works fine and drains when disconnected from the carb. Is there an airlock in my carb...
