gas tank restoration

So like a lot of my bike my fuel tank is throwing me a couple curve balls. -My petcock doesn't stop the flow to the tank but it looks like it's been epoxied in place. There's no reserve filter in the tank. To work around it I'm just going to add an inline fuel filter and petcock. I know I won't...
