Looking to upgrade exhausts and I was wondering if these carbs would work well with our bikes and if anyone has used them in the bikes? These are supposed to be performance carbs, what's the difference and is it any better than the stock carbs with a new exhaust?

Based on upcoming inheritance, really want to create an XS400 Scrambler style bike. Two questions, will I be able to get four plus inches of travel front and rear that work well together, and will the bike be rideable in an enjoyable way on rugged BC gravel roads (not singletrack of course)...
