Hi all,
have been busy in my garage, although I'm never allowed to spend as much time in there as I'd like, the missus says I have to do something called working and that I have to pay the 'mortgage' whatever that is???
Cleaned up the Aprilia caliper and ordered silicon grease and some pads. I was lucky as seals and pistons are all ok. Cleaned master cylinder and found brake line! Just got to turn up the disc spacer and reassemble and I'll have a working brake! Yipee!
Continued seat unit construction and started filling dents and prepping tank.
Fitted Marzoochi shocks but found one of the top mounts broken so using this as an excuse to save up for some new units!
Fitted FZR rear brake caliper and mount, just need to get torque arm and weld on a lug to swing arm. Then I can mount a brake lever and the master cylinder I have and then I'll have rear brakes too!
Finally getting somewhere!
