Ive got a 1981 xs400 and i would like to make it in to a cafe racer, what do I need to do to it?

I guess the most basic stuff would be:
clip-ons
different headlight
different tank
different seat & tail
That should get you pretty far
Basically just compare the xs400 caferacers you like to your own bike and see what's different on those bikes

I've had the bike for all most year and runs great.
