4" Heat Shrink Tubing

I'm trying to fix a loose backing plate on my tach and I've seen the thread on using 4" heat shrink tubing after the bezels are cut off, but where in the heck do I get the stuff? I've been looking all over. Any know where to get some?

Haven't bought any myself but I'd think a local electrical wholesaler might have some.

Covers are not cut off. http://www.xs650chopper.com/2009/11/how-to-refresh-an-old-speedometer/ I have done this to fix loose screws many times. There was even a thread in the forum on this but can't seem to find things anymore.
