cam swap timing - need help

i somehow managed to bust my cam chain now my engine isnt timed right i happen to have another motor minus the cam but dont know how to position the crank to match my camshaft any help/advice would be appreciated as always thanks in advance fellow gearheads

its very straight forward if you follow it to the letter.

timed it but i found a broken tension rail and guide i didnt have a puller so i eyeballed tdc on the left cylinder temp was 102 and sticky so im outta steam for today n a lil crispy
