Clutch handle resists when beeing released

So when I'm releasing the clutch handle gently, it seems to block all the way through - don't work smooth. I have a feeling that it has few 'blocking' points - for example i cannot just start driving - I have to feel that 'blocking' spot at my handle, when clutch is starting to 'catch' and then again slowly releasing (nothing changes) until next 'blocking point achived.

My clutch handle was pulling the lining off the cable, and fouled at the clutch handle. I didn't see that till I removed the rubber thing over the clutch handle/bolt. Pics at the end of the posting.

Its hard to tell, but there is about a two foot segment that I pulled out from the clutch lining. Thats what I was trying to show, with that last pic.
